  Great experience. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we talked to was very polite and professional. We were completely comfortable before we left with our new bike. Definitely planning on returning next year. A special thanks to Debbie in the finance dept, and Courtney in parts/accessories for helping my wife pick out / try on new gear.
