  Keep your reciepts if you may possibly return something! The only reason they would only give someone 50% for a return is if you didn't have a reciept. If it has went to clearance, then it's even less. With no proof of when you bought it or the amount well.....

  Not to happy with my last visit. The assistant manager Terri kept haggling me while I shopped around. Not very customer oriented when someone yells across the floor in a rude voice asking if I need help every couple minutes. I had to straighten out the material she was cutting for me, she didnt care to check to see if it was straight or if she was cutting it straight. I am a paying customer I should at least get what I pay for in a proper manner. What an ugly personality for a nice store!
