  The return policy for sale items at FYE is absolutely absurd. On more than one occassion we were unable to return or even exchange items received as gifts because they "may" have been sold on sale buy one get one free and "could" have been the free item. Any reputable store would split the cost of the paid item between the two. This is extremely poor customer service and just plain bad business. With so many easier and more convenient shopping options it's actually a pretty risky choice. We will NOT be spending our money at FYE in the future and will be encouraging our family and friends to shop elsewhere as well.
